Find Calm Amid the Overwhelm

Anxiety can affect how you think, feel, respond to challenges, and experience everyday life. When you feel stuck in cycles of worry, negative thinking, or unhelpful habits, it can be difficult to see a way forward. My goal is to help you understand these patterns, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change that aligns with the person you want to become.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients recognize the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge anxious thoughts, and develop more balanced ways of interpreting situations. Rather than allowing fear or negative thoughts to dictate your choices, you can learn to respond with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Anxiety isn't just something that happens in your mind; it affects your body, too. When your brain perceives a threat, the amygdala can activate your body's fight-or-flight response, making it difficult to think clearly or feel in control. I help clients learn techniques to calm their nervous system, regulate their physical responses, and regain a sense of safety when anxiety feels overwhelming. By learning how to work with your brain and body, you can begin to respond to stressful situations differently instead of feeling controlled by them.

I have a variety of tools and techniques to help clients manage anxiety, and my goal is to help you discover which ones work best for you. Through practice, patience, and an understanding of your brain's capacity for change, you can build healthier habits, feel more confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
